Who is Liza? Liza is your AI companion within the Liza.Network app. She analyzes conversations, suggests potential ideas, and helps you connect with like-minded individuals in the network.

Is the app free to use? The basic version of Liza.Network is free to use. Some advanced features and event participation may require payment.

Account & Privacy

How do I create an account? You can register by downloading the app and following the registration process, which requires phone number verification and email verification.

What information is required to register? You'll need to provide your name, and phone number to register. Other profile information is optional. For full functionality, email and address information may be required.

Is my data secure? Yes, Liza.Network prioritizes user data protection. The app uses end-to-end encryption (optional) for communications and stores sensitive data on your device rather than in the cloud whenever possible.

Who can see my information? You have full control over your data visibility. By default, personal information like email and phone number are hidden from other users. You can choose what to share and with whom.

Can I delete my account? Yes, you can deactivate or completely delete your account through the settings menu.

What are Potentials? Potentials are the core concept of Liza.Network. They represent your resources, skills, experiences, contacts, wishes, goals, and vision. Sharing your potentials with the network helps Liza connect you with complementary opportunities.

What types of Potentials are there? There are seven types:

• Vision (shaping) - your big picture life goals
• Goals & Projects (creation) - specific plans you're working on
• Wishes & Ideas (inspiration) - things you'd like to achieve
• Contacts (network) - people you know who could help others
• Experiences & Knowledge (insights) - what you've learned
• Skills & Characteristics (talents) - what you can do
• Objects & Resources (means) - things you own or can access

What are Possibilities? Possibilities are AI-generated suggestions that meaningfully combine two or more potentials to achieve a positive change. They can be independent (using your own potentials), offered (receiving support from others), supporting (helping others), or joint (collaborative projects).

What are Topics? Topics are dedicated conversation spaces between you and Liza about specific content or queries. They help maintain context for ongoing discussions about potentials, searches, or other platform content.

What are Networks or Worlds? These are special interest networks that form around theme-specific events, bringing together people worldwide with similar intentions in areas like business, projects, health, or environment.

Events

What are Liza events? Liza.Network hosts both in-person and virtual events focused on networking, idea realization, and self-discovery. These events help foster a trustful community through real-world interactions.

How do I register for an event? You can browse available events in the app, select one you're interested in, and follow the registration process.

Do I need to pay for events? Some events may require payment, while others might be free. Details are specified on each event page.

What happens after I attend an event? After attending an event, you automatically join a global network related to the event's topic. You also gain access to additional potential categories based on the event type.

Using the App

How do I discover other members' potentials? You can use the search function with filters or browse through the "Possibilities" section where Liza suggests relevant connections based on your interests and needs.

How do I create a new potential? Simply tap the conspicuous "+" button. Liza will guide you through describing your potential, categorizing it, and setting sharing options. Additionally, Liza will proactively suggest new potentials based on your conversations.

Can I chat with other members? Yes, you can start direct conversations with other members through the Network tab.

How does Liza help me in chats? Liza analyzes conversations to suggest relevant potentials, possibilities, or information that might be helpful for your discussion.

Is there a web version of the app? Currently, Liza.Network is available on Android and iOS. A web version is planned for a future release.

Troubleshooting

I didn't receive my verification code. What should I do? Check your spam folder if using email verification. For SMS verification, ensure your phone number was entered correctly and try requesting the code again after a few minutes.

The app is running slowly. How can I fix this? Try closing other apps running in the background, restart the app, or restart your device. Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed.

I found inappropriate content. How do I report it? You can report inappropriate content by using the "Report" function found in the options menu of any content.
