Thank you for using our products and services (hereinafter "Services"). These Services are provided by LIZA.Network AG, UID: CHE-198.845.978, Im Winkel 5, CH-8910 Affoltern am Albis (hereinafter "LIZA"). The use of each Service requires your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Services

You must comply with all applicable guidelines when using our Services. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with our Services

  • Access Services through means other than our provided interface

  • Use our Services for any illegal purposes

2. Access to LIZA Services

2.1 Age Requirements

To use our Services:

  • You must be at least 13 years old

  • If you're below the legal age for consent in your country, your parent/guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf

2.2 Registration and Membership

  • Basic services are available without registration

  • Extended features require an online profile

  • Full functionality is unlocked with a LIZA.Network membership

  • Workshop participation is included in membership

We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swiss data protection laws. You have the right to:

  • You grant LIZA a limited license to host and display your content

5. Service Modifications and Termination

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Provision

  • No guarantees regarding availability or reliability

6.2 Limitation of Liability

LIZA's liability is limited to:

  • Direct damages caused by breach of essential contractual obligations

  • Liability caps as required by applicable law

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms with 14 days notice

  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

  • Material changes will be prominently notified

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. For consumers, statutory regulations regarding jurisdiction apply. For business customers, exclusive jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.

  • Limited license granted for platform functionality
